What are residents saying about our brand-new collection of luxury apartments in Newtonville? From the smart home technology and “super-friendly” staff to “amazing” amenities and “great location,” these residents say TRIO Newton “has everything that you can ask for.” 

But enough of us talking. Let’s hear it from the residents themselves.  

TRIO Newton reviews: ‘Loving the experience’ 

Barbara’s TRIO Newton review is one we should frame: 

“The Trio team are wonderful! They are kind, timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. Any question or need that I have had has been answered or taken care of immediately and always with a smile. They take great concern in caring for their residents and keep us up to date on all changes or new information. They have made it very easy to find information and to make requests. I can’t say enough good things about the service I have received. I am grateful and thankful to have them there to help. I never need to worry!” 

Everything within walking distance 

Eileen also praises our team (“all members are super friendly and professional”) and was particularly pleased to discover the amenities, convenience of a smart thermostat, and how quickly we learned her pup’s name. (How could we not? We love our four-legged residents as much as everyone else.) 

Here’s Eileen: “I’ve been living here at TRIO now a little more than two months and loving the experience!” 

She continues, “I love that it has Google Nest and ButterflyMX app (which lets me open the door with one click in my cell phone). The amenities, including the gym, clubhouse, and underground garage, are amazing as well… The location is great and has almost everything I need (e.g., Starbucks, Whole Foods, Marty’s Fine Wines, dog park) within walking distance! 

Washer and dryer in every unit 

The high-tech features also impressed Slava who likes being able to open the front door with a tap on her smartphone. And she noted more features, as well: 

“Units are modern with nice open–space kitchen, high ceilings, and washer and dryer in the unit. As for the amenities, resident parking is in the underground garage, there is a coffee machine, and two water machines. There is an exemplary club room, a separate rooftop terrace, and a gym with a cycling room.” 

Highly recommend living here 

Yunus recently joined us and, to our delight, penned one of the TRIO Newton reviews: 

“This place and the people who work here are great. They are helpful, kind, and always smiling. It has passed more than a month since we moved in, and I haven’t seen any foot set wrong. We would love to see more neighbors in this place.” 

William has lived here for five months — and we will keep working hard to earn his continued praise.  

“The Team at TRIO has been the best, a great community to live at, and the staff here are always helpful and listen to your concerns. Elliot the property manager is the best and always helpful since I moved here in August. I highly recommend living here.”
